This Privacy Policy explains how Listizy ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use our Chrome browser extension and related services. By using Listizy, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
1. Personal Information
Account Information: When you create an account through Google OAuth 2.0, we collect your name, email address, profile photo, and Google account ID.
Subscription Information: When you subscribe, we collect subscription plan type, billing history, and Stripe Customer ID (we do not store credit card numbers).
2. Content You Provide
Photos: Photos you upload (up to 24 per listing) are temporarily transmitted to Google's Gemini AI for processing. Images are not permanently stored on our servers.
Listing Data: Product information, titles, descriptions, prices, SKU assignments, and custom settings.
Insertion History: Stored locally on your device only for 2 days, then automatically deleted. Can be exported to CSV.
3. Automatically Collected Information
- Extension version and Chrome browser version
- Usage patterns and feature interactions
- Performance metrics and error logs
- Device type and operating system
4. Data Stored Locally
The following data is stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted to our servers:
- Extension settings and preferences
- Auto-incrementing SKU counter
- Insertion history (auto-deleted after 2 days)
- Cached photos and listing drafts
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Generate AI-powered listings using Google Gemini AI
- Process subscription payments through Stripe
- Provide customer support
- Improve service features and performance
- Comply with legal obligations
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
Third-Party Service Providers
- Google Cloud Platform / Firebase: Authentication, database, backend infrastructure
- Google Gemini AI: AI-powered title generation (photos and product info)
- Stripe: Payment processing (email, name, payment data)
- Gmail SMTP: Transactional emails
eBay Integration
We use browser automation to insert data into eBay forms. We do not access your eBay credentials or account data.
Legal Obligations
We may disclose information when required by law, court orders, or to protect our rights and safety.
Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while active, deleted within 30 days of closure
- Insertion History: Stored locally for exactly 2 days, then auto-deleted
- Photos: Temporarily processed, not permanently stored
- Logs: Personal identifiers removed after 90 days
