These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Listizy ("Service"), including our AI-powered eBay listing generation, photo upload and processing, auto-incrementing SKU management, insertion history tracking, and related tools provided through our Chrome browser extension. By installing the extension, creating an account, or using Listizy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@listizy.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except in cases of billing errors or as required by law.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated content may contain errors, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing.

Listizy integrates with Google services (OAuth, Gemini AI, Search Grounding), eBay (browser automation), Stripe (payments), and Firebase (backend). We are not responsible for changes to third-party services that may affect functionality.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that AI-generated content will be accurate, or that your eBay account will not be affected by use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
